OneHealth Overview

What is SeeHa?

SeeHa is an AI-powered digital phenotype health assessment and proactive health management system grounded in systems medicine and dynamic homeostasis.

Inspired by the holistic and dynamic observational principles of traditional Chinese medical inspection, the system combines visual observation, digital phenotype analysis, and intelligent health reasoning to understand multisystem health states, identify emerging risk trends, and provide personalized health risk stratification.

When assessment results indicate risk signals that meet or approach clinically relevant thresholds, users are guided toward appropriate professional medical evaluation and clinical management pathways. For health risks suitable for proactive intervention, SeeHa applies Rhythm-Based Lifestyle Medicine to personalize and stage the content, timing, sequence, frequency, intensity, and cycles of sleep, nutrition, physical activity, work, rest and recovery, stress and emotional regulation, attention management, and social engagement according to the individual's current health state, risk level, recovery capacity, life stage, and real-world circumstances.

The system identifies not only the beneficial behaviors that should be introduced, maintained, or prioritized, but also the dietary patterns, activities, schedules, stress exposures, and daily rhythms that should be reduced, avoided, paused, or stopped in order to reduce ongoing harm and cumulative burden while protecting recovery capacity and health reserve.

Through periodic reassessment, longitudinal trend tracking, and continuous health profile development, SeeHa dynamically adjusts intervention priorities as the individual's state changes, supporting dynamic homeostatic regulation, health risk management, and long-term health optimization.
